I am a senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville working towards my Bachelor of Science degree with a major of Marketing, and a collateral in Information Management. Building strong and personalized relationships between myself, clients, and coworkers is a strength of mine. While working as a server, I was able to uphold a team like environment amongst my fellow staff members. In addition, I worked hard to facilitate memorable and positive customer interactions in a faced paced environment. Creating a harmonious and inclusive culture is something that I also find to be a strength of mine. Through my studies and time at the University of Tennessee I have been able to take charge in group projects and activities to make sure that everyone feels that they are heard and welcomed. I have received feedback from peers who have worked with me on projects saying I made them feel comfortable and encouraged to share their ideas. My career goal is to work as a marketer in the beauty and wellness industry, with a focus on analytics and insights. I am a problem solver at heart, and would love to use numbers and statistics to help gain a better understanding of our consumer’s behavior and apply this knowledge to make educated marketing decisions. I am from New York, so being able to see the beauty and wellness industry evolve on such a great scale right in front of my eyes, has solidified my aspiration to contribute to and immerse myself into this booming industry.
