Workzone provides property and facility maintenance for various companies and government bodies, operates in NSW, WA, QLD and VIC.As a Human Resource Administrator, Payroll & AP Officer my responsibilities included:- End-to-end recruitment and selection- Employment: Check employee working rights, manage incoming contracts, inducting new employees, organise training and development for existing employees and coordinate the termination process- HR Administration: Preparation and coordination of employment contracts and packs, maintain employee files, assist in the review and update of company policies and procedures, update all HR documentation, records, manuals and registers- Manage employee remuneration - Assist in resolving ER/ IR matters- Performance management- WHS: coordination and auditing of employee uniforms and safety bags - End-to-end payroll processing: process and review of time sheet entries, leave management, back pays and termination pays- Interpreting modern awards and individual contractual agreements- Answering pay related queries from employees and management in a timely manner- Processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, chasing up supplier invoices and statements
