People ask me why I started DEMA Health and DEMA Health Ltd Co, a SaaS whole-life and behavioral health company, and my answer is never easy.It stems from a painful reality that I was forced to face.Over several years, I had squandered my finances, my marriage was in trouble, and my mother died unexpectedly. It was a devastating domino effect and my "bottom" had fallen out. But through the chaos, I found a moment of clarity and enlightenment.I dove into self-reflection and research and that's when I discovered that innate behavior, and one's lack of understanding it, was the missing link.Understanding who I innately am helped me find my way out of the dark then I knew with full certainty that it would empower and help others find their way, too.Things that had been blindspots and weaknesses became the very things that (once known) could be success drivers.This is what motivated me to create DEMA Health Ltd Co, a SaaS company.As a behavioral science practitioner, researcher, and trainer, I uncover why people misunderstand each other and provide solutions that drive better outcomes with 97.1% predictability. My work spans organizations, employers, federal agencies, and individuals, transforming how human behavior is understood and applied in whole-life dynamics and relationships.
