Assisting the School of Management, Social Innovation Lab with a strategic plan to create a course curriculum for nonprofit management. This includes an analysis of the department's current needs, long-term goals, programs, competitive standing and resources. My recommendations will provide the Social Innovation Lab with a plan outlining the best practices, marketing, and resources required, to boost current enrollment, and create future employment opportunities for their students.

I'm providing tools on how to build relationships with the media. I am creating a print and electronic press kit for the library, enabling the Library to raise its visibility for fundraising, as well as, increasing the public's awareness of the Library's facilities, programs and needs. This press kit will facilitate communication to the citizens and businesses of Long Hill Township and surrounding communities through multiple channels.
