At Bridge, I got to design eLearning courses for English teachers around the world. That meant, collaborating with subject matter experts, applying instructional design principles and eLearning elements to our content, and building courses in our LMS. The learner? The reason. Created, developed and implemented curriculum to achieve second language acquisition in beginning, intermediate and advanced students of the French language.

-Create intricate lesson plans for university level students of French. By the end of each semester, students have developed communication skills that were above the level of a non-academic learner.-Develop student's cognitive language learning abilities, as well as introduce a deep level of understanding of students' language skills, by educating students to communicate, speak and write the French language in a meaningful fashion. -Meet with colleagues every week to ensure the highest possible development of reasoning a foreign language. -Attend conferences and events on the process, history and the evolvement of literary theory, understanding detailed and close readings and critiquing a canonic text.
