Cassandra Kelly is a dynamic leader with extensive Board and C-Suite experience. Cassandra has served as an executive, advisor, board director and chairperson for some of the world’s most influential organizations. Cassandra was awarded an Order of Australia in 2019 in recognition of her transformative contributions to business through executive roles and as an advocate for gender equity.She enjoys growth and transformation and particularly working with organizations that are multinational drawing on her skills in leadership, strategy, M&A, tactics and negotiation, diplomacy and community engagement. She has a particular love of technology in most of its guises. Reflecting her experience in technology as well as economic development, Cassandra was appointed in 2018 as an inaugural member of the European Union’s Global Tech Panel, alongside other members including the chair of Nokia, President of Microsoft, the Vice President of Google and the President of the World Economic Forum. Cassandra also co-founded Pottinger, a multiple award-winning global corporate advisory firm which gave her the added insight and experience of entrepreneurship.Cassandra's expertise is shared at various global forums and events where she speaks about embracing disruption, uncertainty, and complexity. Notable addresses include: EU Ministers of Defence, NATO, African Union/EU Peace and Security Councils, G20, Aspen Institute, and United Nation. A respected advisor to governments, she has worked with the B20/G20 on matters including digitalization, entrepreneurship, health, finance and growth.
