I have created a training manual for the registration assistant position. I have also hosted and produced multiple zoom meetings, 500+ attendees, through the use of breakout rooms and other features including how to troubleshoot difficulties through the chat feature. Through this internship, I enhanced technology skills streamlining information between Planning Center Online (PCO) and Ministry Platform so they would seamlessly share data. I was able to provide valuable input during the pandemic to help restructure programs and services to meet the health safety standards set by the CDC. I also planned and coordinated Teen Alpha event with 200 virtual attendees.

I organized and cleaned multiple seating areas, the check-in desk, and the tennis courts. I scheduled tennis courts through software programming and sold concessions through the Point of Sale system.
