As Director of Project Coordination and Procurement, Cassandra joined WHL in 2008 and is involved in all aspects of the design process guiding the design staff, sourcing and evaluating the most appropriate furnishing and materials for design integrity, timeframe and budget. Cassandra develops the project budgets, timelines and vendor and trade bidding with precision for each project. Cassandra has bid, procured and executed over 80 million dollars of furnishings, materials and contract labor on time and on budget for WHL projects. She is notorious for being ahead of and having all product and timeline challenges rectified prior to becoming a liability to the project. Cassandra has an indisputable talent for detail and multi-tasking. She has been known to single-handedly develop out quick turn projects creating the design, drawings, specifications, budgets and selecting finishes and materials as well as creating renderings. Cassandra manages the day to day operations of the business and design resources as well as manages the websites and all virtual communications. Bringing her legal background and experiences to the company, she is most valuable and effective in budgeting, vendor and labor negotiations and the entire procurement and expediting process that are intricate and time sensitive in the project execution. Cassandra is originally from Orange County, CA and studied at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, CA before relocation to Las Vegas.
