Born and raised in Texas, Cassandra fell in love with cooking at a young age. Cassandra began baking with her mother as a child, which introduced her passion to food. As she grew, she was influenced by the Texan cuisine around her. From BBQ, Southern, Cajun, Italian, and Tex-Mex, the variety made her fall in love with cooking. Looking to pursue her knowledge, Cassandra enrolled in Culinary School. Creating an opportunity for her to refine her skills and grow as a chef. From there she began cooking for family, friends,small events, and holidays, that is when she realized this is what she wanted to do. With the support and encouragement of loved ones, Cassandra decided to put her passion for food into business. Moving to Arizona was the perfect opportunity to make that happen.
