Enabled a faster and more efficient Web, voice and information services connections inside the Service as well as with the American taxpayer.

Manage full life-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment for recruitment actions across 10 states and 3 countries. Effectively lead staffing and recruitment procedures and coach direct reports. Extensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, organization design/development, change management, recruitment activities, and appraisal awards. Advise stakeholders on legal compliance with all applicable state and federal employment laws, including but not limited to FLSA, USERRA, FMLA and ADAAA.

Ensured state and federal requirements were met and payroll documents were processed in a timely fashion. Pioneered a user-friendly information database for all employees to use for easy retrieval of human resource programs information, and company policies. Led a team of four employees to implement process improvements by revising and aligning internal guidance to stay within state and federal guidelines.

Managed the organization’s military and civilian programs by ensuring hiring practices complied with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Title 5, Title 10, and competitive/excepted service guidelines. Led a team of two and oversaw implementation of reduction of forces--planned, organized, and determined necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures necessary to implement major personnel reduction and duties realignment. Advised senior leadership on military and civilian issues while working with Personnel Center staffing to fill vacant positions.

Provided critical training for 45 Air Force lodging employees; processed new hire transactions while providing recommendations to executive staff on efficiency of programs. Supervised 13 food service personnel in preparing a variety of foods in quantity, using standard or revised recipes to support dining facility operations.• Organizational Transformation: Identified a huge oversight of the 24-hour no-show policy charges between the company and there multi hotel contract. Pioneered new operational procedures and guidelines to implement the company internal 48-hour cancellation policy—saved the company $152,500 the following year!

Spearheaded weekend “Train the Trainer” event to ensure instructors were in place to provide hands-on annual training for all reserve members. Managed unit training portfolio by establishing a plan to for airman and supervisors to follow which led to exceptional rating for our Annual Operation Readiness inspection. Organized a job fair that provided job opportunities, educational programs, and Veterans Affairs benefit training for 750+ students, veterans, and their families. Developed the “Where to Start Guide” for transitioning military members which provided contact information for services, Veterans Affairs information, and policies.
