-Pedaling for Parkinson's is a form of “Forced Exercise” on an indoor stationary bicycle designed specifically for people with Parkinson's disease. In this role, I coach riders to hold a cadence of 80-90 rpm for 40 min, preceded by a 10-minute warm-up and followed by a 10-minute cool down-Lead all-level 45-minute Indoor cycling course for students of all.
