Over the past six years, I’ve found my calling as a trail planner at VDOT, where I get to combine my love for urban and regional planning with my passion for building safer, more accessible spaces for everyone. I thrive on using GIS and data analysis to find creative, data-driven solutions that truly make a difference in our trail projects. Whether it’s brainstorming with colleagues or delivering presentations to stakeholders, I enjoy connecting with people and making complex ideas understandable and engaging. What drives me is knowing that the work I do directly supports the communities we serve, helping them grow both socially and economically. VDOT’s mission to keep Virginia moving is something I’m proud to be part of, and I’m always excited to learn, collaborate, and find new ways to contribute to that mission.
