Collective Rest offers trauma-informed guided relaxation practices to access deeper states of rest and recovery critical for our physical, emotional, and mental health. Through a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, visualization, and meditation, this holistic experience delivers ancient mind-body-spirit healing technologies, backed by neuroscience research, in an accessible format.Collective Rest was designed during the pandemic with hybrid and/or remote work cultures in mind. In this community care container, participants are invited to either lie down or sit in a relaxed posture for a soothing journey towards that dreamy space between being fully awake and fully asleep where cellular-level restoration can happen. Participants will walk away feeling refreshed, clear, present, and grounded.This practice (available in 75- or 90-minute formats) can be offered virtually or in-person. Single-session rates and packages are available. The experience is suitable for communities or professional spaces and can be tailored to all types of audiences ranging from organization-wide, teams, or affinity groups.
