Working in the "Home Category" of Scripps Networks with the HGTV New Business/Product Development Team. Also working with a TV Talent Mentor on a 3Dimensional, 100sq.ft. display showcasing current trends in Interior Design. This display will be designed with the help of the Mentor and be manufactured and assembled in the Scripps Networks Headquarters.Other assignments include HGTV.com and "On-Location" work for an HGTV series in Miami.

Working as a member of the design team on several corporate projects doing space planning and furniture and finish selection and documentation.Notable projects include a pro-bono job for a "half-way house" for medically fragile children. Responsibilites include selecting and documenting finishes for a residential-like, healthcare project and designing and documenting custom millwork throughout.Being exposed to product development and helping to execute document sets for a 2010 NeoCon showroom.

As part of the Corporate Interiors group at HOK Chicago I worked on several corporate proejcts for clients through tthe country including the Big Ten Network and Cisco Systems. Responsibilities included extensive collaging for digitally printed custom wallcoverings for BTN requiring constant client feedback and revision. Also, using Sketch-up to document finishes in spaces and to design custom branding for several corporate clients.Primary resource librarian responsible for meeting with reps and staying current with new products as well as maintaing and organizing the materials library.

Over my six month internship at Eckenhoff Saunders Architects, I have developed my drafting and documenting skills while working closely with both architects and the design team. My primary tasks and responsibilities included drafting/3D modeling for client presentations, finish selection and documentation, conceptual/schematic design work, as well as material library maintenance including holding appointments with material reps.

My first job in a corporate environment, working at WJE provided me organizational skills as well as time management.
