Within my 11 years in education, I’ve supported the success of students and teachers in a wide range of environments:✔️ As the instructional coach and digital learning coach of a 5-star school, I developed professional development opportunities (staff training, webinars, data chats, professional learning communities, 1:1 coaching cycles, onboarding, and digital resources) for adult learners that challenged them to reconsider what’s possible for students in the classroom. ✔️ As a secondary science teacher within the Clark County School District and at a K-8 public charter, I leveraged EdTech tools, blended learning environments, and project-based learning to advance my students' college and career readiness.✔️ As a college course facilitator at the University of Washington, I crafted and presented lectures for hundreds of undergraduates and graduates that prepared them to mentor high school students into college.
