Serving the geotechnical, environmental and water core services areas. Our Manhattan operation represents one of four offices providing local engineering services to the tri-state and the mid-Atlantic regions.With more than 20 years’ experience working as a licensed geotechnical engineer in New York City, I have the pleasure of developing new work, executing projects, building relationships with clients and overseeing foundations construction. As an Associate Principal for GZA, I am expanding our business practice with clients by developing design and construction recommendations for geotechnical investigations, instrumentation services, support of excavation, ground modification and deep foundation projects. Specific experience with difficult soil conditions including Karst, collapsible sands, expansive clay, sensitive or non-plastic silts. Staff engineer responsible for supporting geotechnical project work. Boring inspection, oversight of ground improvement work, pile inspection. Provided full time geotechnical engineering services to Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in the Ports and Piers group under an on-call agreement.

Fresno, California Area

Staff geotechnical engineer responsible for inspecting borings, collecting samples, preparing reports. Worked with environmental department to collect water and soil samples for analytical testing. Managed soils and materials laboratory. Obtained AASHTO and NICET certification for the lab.
