Lead small technical team in execution of new product initiatives and cost-savings to the Duracell Personal Power business. Directly managing one experienced associate in Process Development with responsibility for career planning and technical direction. Strong linkage to P&G's corporate Process Development community acting as Duracell's single point of contact for the broader Process Community's Global integration platform.

Managed design and scale-up of chemical processes for integrated chemistry platform technologies, including lubrication strips/rings and handle substrates and elastomers. Led and executed scale-up of new-to-the-category razor on-board chemistries within both Male and Female franchises across Fusion, Mach 3, and Venus brands. Directly managed 2 experienced associates in Process Development overseeing career and technical development. Lab manager across 2 on-board chemistry pilot labs ensuring upstream development business needs were met. Worked across Global multi-functional teams.

Led technical team in the execution of shampoo complex fluid scale-up across two major new-to-the-category initatives within the Hair Care business Pantene brand. Worked closely with Products Research, Marketing, Product Design, and Manufacturing acting as bridge between R&D (consumer insight and product) and Manufacturing. Coached one experienced, senior associate providing overall project technical direction. Increased expertise with quantitative design of experiment, complex fluid modeling, unit op system design for pilot operations, and use of dimensionless scale-factors to enable 'right first time' scale-up.
