Helming a dual portfolio of media and outreach in the CSA comms team. I help to plan media engagements showcasing CSA’s topline announcements and initiatives through meaningful press events, as well as aid in crisis incident response. This includes working with stakeholders to prep media releases and talking points for reporting. On outreach, I contribute to the development of a suite of cybersecurity materials and publications from primary to tertiary level, as well as collaborate with partners for impactful initiatives (e.g. talks, events) to promote cybersecurity awareness among students.

My work was centred on promoting the NP brand, its student life and courses to prospective students and stakeholders. I did copywriting for variety of outreach materials such as printed publications, brochures, videos, as well as digital content on website and socials. In addition to writing, I assisted in media relations work such as crafting spokesperson quotes, identifying profiles and facilitating media interviews. Lastly, I helped organise outreach events and engaged students via eDMs and focus group sessions.

My role in the Business & Brand Development team was to promote Imageworks' training and consultancy services. I was involved in client servicing, curriculum design for new courses, administrative support, and basic design for training materials and social media content using InDesign and Canva.

Central Singapore

As the Marketing Intern of a vibrant food delivery start-up, I executed influencer-driven Instagram campaigns, assisted in video shoots and foodpanda's outreach events, such as its first-ever Bites & Vibes festival in Singapore.

I interned in WSG's Communications and Marketing division, under the Media Relations team. The role enabled me to gain exposure to drafting press releases, organising internal staff events, media event support, and growing a profile database for potential media interviews.
