Hired by a start up vocational rehabilitation program for disabled adults, set up production and warehouse space, procured contracts for assembly, mailings and other work performed at the workshop, developed time and motion studies, trained, supervised production. Worked with vocational counselors to develop IEP for each workshop employee.
