  Cassavasantara is a global supplier engaged in the manufacturing of high quality cassava products and their derivatives. We have cultivated more than 500 hectares of cassava plantations spread across the island of Java, Indonesia.We want to have a positive impact on the entire community and the environment, not only in Java, Indonesia where we are located, but also throughout the world, through specializing in providing cassava (Manihot esculenta) and its derivative products, in the form of healthier foods such as General Purpose Modified Cassava Flour (MOCAF) as an alternative to wheat.Indonesia is a source of cassava (cassava) and its derivative products. We are very good at producing dry cassava, cassava or tapioca flour, modified cassava flour (MOCAF) which is considered as a substitute for wheat as a raw material for various types of food such as noodles, bread, cakes, etc. MOCAF is trending in Europe and the USA as a healthy food because it is gluten-free, low in sugar, low in calories, little fat but high in fiber. We also export cassava pulp for animal feed, especially for animal feed. Other cassava derivative products are cassava chips, crackers, noodles, etc.
