As a freelance Junior Producer, I played a key role in enhancing the operational efficiency of Instrument's freelancer management process. In collaboration with the company's recruiting and production teams, I helped set up a comprehensive and user-friendly database to track and manage freelancers across diverse disciplines including design, development, writing, production, and strategy. My time as a freelance Junior Producer at Instrument allowed me to hone my organizational and data management skills, while also immersing me in a collaborative and fast-paced creative environment. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of project management and freelancer coordination across varied disciplines.

At the end of my internship, I was offered a job back at Instrument as a Team Assistant to support three client teams (with a total headcount of 75 team members) in a more meaningful way. I worked directly with executive leadership, with a focus on administrative duties such as expensive reports, time off, resourcing, On-boarding documentation, and team travel bookings. I also supported client and team hospitality. Primary client hospitality was with, Levi's, Path, PACE Gallery, Enigma, Instagram, Facebook, Greenhouse, Yonder. Also, I supported all adhoc requests and errands, reservations, scheduling, to ensure production teams and leadership could focus on client work. Tools: Slack, Figma, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides/Forms, Expensify, Forecast, Airtable, Dropbox, Gmail, MacOS.

Beaverton, Oregon

Emerio Design is a Civil engineering company while working at Emerio; my internship focused on surveying. I went out into the field to survey for Portland Bureau of Transportation and take inventory around the city of Portland, so they could further increase the quality of their sidewalks, street crossing signals, and driveways. As part of a three-person team, a Civil engineer, a flagger, and me. We would walk around the city and take precise measurements of sidewalks; we would then send the data of each sidewalk to the Portland Bureau of Transportation. There were also moments of autonomously where I would enter measurements, do calculations, and enter data into the company computer back at the office.

Instrument is a global creative agency; I was accepted into their internship program with a focus on production. I worked specifically with the production discipline and assisted with team activities and client hospitality. Daily Duties included running errands, cleaning the team space, getting lunches/coffees, ensuring all supplies were stocked in the team area. The position was highly autonomous and required me to self prioritize and communicate often to team leadership.

While being a full-time basketball athlete, I would coach Junior Varsity basketball. It was more than coaching, it taught me how to manage not only my time but others as well. It was a tremendous growth moment learning how to be an adult and being looked up to by younger people, taught me how to set an excellent example for those in my life.
