During my 4-month Co-op position as part of the Corporate Development Team I was responsible for conducting M&A Research (DCF/Comparable Companies), scheduling and participating in due diligence meetings, structuring loan offers based on DCF valuations of incoming financial advisors, process optimization, and using software like MS Planner, MS Bookings, and Salesforce to help manage scheduling and CRM.

While working the spring and summer season at the Mississaugua Golf and Country Club, I was at required to arrive at work at 5:30 - 6:00 in the morning and work 8.5 hours a day raking bunkers, cutting greens, on-course rotary and parking lot rotary missions, line trimming, and complete service greens (changing pin locations). Also worked 15hr days doing private contracting work for members of the club.
