With my suggestion to use Asana for task management and WhatsApp communication, I was able to put my ideas across clearly to the team and manage each person's tasks flawlessly.With precise instructions and templates for each message and strategy, the whole team synchronized together with close to zero confusion and upmost efficiently to make this 2 days event a success.The marketing strategies applied, generated a total event revenue of sponsorships and ticket sales value over RM1 Million with 4000 international attendees.
