Cassi Dymond is a local restaurateur, co-owning Satsuma Cafe on Maple St in New Orleans, a commercial and residential real estate agent with McEnery Residential and managing partner of Kalimera Construction and Consulting. After working in the foodservice industry for over 25 years, she wanted to be able to help fellow restaurateurs locate and renovate brick and mortar spaces. Joining forces with Sean Norwood was a natural fit in order to provide a one-stop service to clients looking for spaces for their own shops. Cassi oversees client communication and design phases of the construction arm as well as consulting with kitchen layout, health code regulations and overall flow of the space. She has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from The University of New Orleans and is a Historic House Specialist here in New Orleans.
