In-person and Online Coaching provided to clients on how to properly execute specific barbell movements or use the rowing machine - including individualized programming and planning as necessary to achieve strength, aesthetic and performance goals. Teach rowing classes and certification seminars on Concept2 indoor rowing machines, sessions include drills, tips and cues on proper rowing technique to allow for efficient, strong strokes. Instruction both in-person and online.
