Passion for creativity and a spirit for inspiring. Motivated to learn and apply my expertise through experiences and collaborations. I’m naturally inclined to a growth mindset; this has been a driving force for me. It’s one of the foundations that has guided my motivation and kept me consistent in my career and development. The way I’ve used it the most is how I’ve learned from experiences, constantly pushed myself and endlessly practiced being open and collaborative. I am very positive to a fault. The way I’ve maintained a positive outlook and mindset would be through my ambition to not just work, but to be influential. I want to lead and I want to leave my mark. Active listening is something I’m passionate about. Through active listening I’m able to build strong relationships, which help to create and maintain a positive environment. Tools that help sustain this are empathy and caring. I listen with empathy and care. I invest in those around me because I know there’s a lot to learn from others. Like Maya Angelou said, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”Curiosity is where I’m currently residing. Living every day with grace and gratitude. I love the path I’m on, I’ve completely changed my direction and it’s been the best change! I’m happiest while spending time with family and friends, my two boys, travelling and taking in sunsets off my dock. Working out is my escape and being creative is my refuge. I am living with intent, and I want to be impactful.
