I bring the professionalism and organization of a NYC consultant, the holistic and thoughtful approach of zen meditation, and the agility to learn of a lifelong student.With a career fueled by an instinct for analysis and optimization, my journey has been colored by my passion for improving the depth of human experience. From implementing regional re-orgs, portfolio mergers, and brand innovations, I have always balanced data-driven strategies with a human-first approach. My personal mission to understand and minimize the experience of stress has opened up opportunities for me to learn and share with experts in yoga and zen Buddhism throughout SE Asia and the states. Covid marked the opportunity to deepen my role in the mental health industry by completing my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and beginning my work as a clinician within the LGBTQ communities.I am currently building my clinical experience while pursuing strategic roles in companies disrupting the mental health industry.
