Current• Successfully led and coordinated a cross functional team through the onboarding of a new point-of-use system in medical center supply rooms, involving data cleansing, facilities planning, IT resource scheduling, room reorganization, and uploads of over 1,500 unique SKUs.• Played a key role in onboarding item master and vendor price files onto the Lawson ERP system for two full-service medical centers and an anatomical lab. Managed data cleansing and built 8 inventory locations and 63 new par locations, encompassing over 15,000 unique SKUs.• Train and support all new health system supply chain users on Lawson ERP functionality and applicable supply chain processes• Manage EDI tables--specifically overseeing the setup of 810, 850, and 855 transactions for the health system.• Drive evidence based decision making, providing ad hoc usage and utilization reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. • Exhibit informal leadership by overseeing buyer productivity and efficiency, meticulously tracking key performance indicators such as PO count, total dollars processed, exceptions addressed, and ensuring accurate entry of source information.
