Report to the Supervisor and Supply Chain Manager.Responsible to create purchase orders in the SAP system (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing);Support and interface in COMEX subjects and import cost simulation for maintenance, laboratory, financial and IT areas. Responsible for the import processes of maintenance parts, raw materials, equipment, laboratory items, IT items and items for projects according to Brazilian Rules.In charge of quotation of international freight.Creation of guidance for international suppliers, to instruct them about Brazilian Rules for importation in Brazil.Update of the RDC Anvisa (Brazilian Rules for Health Area) in case to import materials whether it will be necessary import license or not. Study of import costs for products, via Drawback, EX-tariff and other special regimes.Support for the financial area of the values of the Import declaration, required documentation and information for issuing the Invoice.Feasibility study together customs broker, freight forwarder and cargo agents to import new products by projects.Execution of approved projects, from setting up the scope, meeting deadlines, mapping risks, costs, and possible requirements for the process to comply with Brazilian Rules.Daily participation in KPI's monitoring meetings, to try to avoid possible gaps in the processes.
