Responsible for the hiring process, ensured the documents for the respective position were compliant with the state and local laws and regulations, assisted the new hires and completed the organizational tasks needed for employees onboarding;Contacted the selected candidates, organized the first interview, explained the company rules, informed them about their employment legal rights and obligations and collected the documents they would need for the employment;Updated employee’s work-related information in an internal software application;Worked together with the software company in order to identify bugs and improve the HR application, assisted with testing the fixes;Responsible for registering the new employees in the biometrical system (fingerprint-based) and made sure that the entry-exit records in the system were correctly saved and payments were calculated based on that.Achievements: Identified the need for buying and implementing a salary software application. As a result of presenting my idea to the manager, the salary application has been bought and implemented successfully in the municipal administration.

Responsible for the hiring process of teachers and employees for the school, provided the necessary assistance to the candidates during the onboarding process;Responsible for organizing files and documents inside the HR.Achievements: I initiated the digitalization of all HR documents belonging to the current and past employees.
