About Cassia Bricknell
Client Relations, AED at Aero Healthcare, a supplier of high quality first aid and medical consumables, and defibrillator expert. I’m passionate about helping businesses make a difference and protect their employees at work, and I enjoy keeping up to date with the improvements and trends in life saving equipment. At Aero Healthcare I’m responsible for building and maintaining lasting, working relationships with our customers which includes health and safety directors and managers and wellbeing officers, and our dedicated distributor network. I do this by going above and beyond when it comes to client and project management, and I make sure I thoroughly understand the health and safety pains of my clients and develop tailored solutions that help them reach their goals. Aero Healthcare have been awarded Wave 5 of the Department of Education Defibrillators for Schools Programme. Working closely with the NHS Supply Chain, I am responsible for the day to day running of the contract, providing life saving equipment to schools across the UK. I can effectively identify the needs of my customers’ teams and connect them to the most cost-effective defibrillator device available on the market. And, I’m there every step of the way through their project – from initial investigations, to product placements, surveys and installations. In addition, I provide expert coaching to our distributor team on defibrillators to ensure they can confidently perform demonstrations to their customers and enable them to pick the right device to suit their needs and requirements.
