Mongoose Bio is a TCR-T cell therapy company using epigenetically programmed memory T cells targeting first-in-class immunogenic epitopes for common and rare cancers. It is the culmination of more than 20 years of research in the Yee Lab to deliver outpatient-based cell therapy with minimal toxicities to the global cancer patient population for solid and liquid malignancies with high unmet need and the potential to expediently implement combination-based modalities.

he Program in TCR-based Therapeutics (ProTCT) leverages more than 15 years of translational research in the Yee Lab to provide advances and collaborations in 3 areas: Immunopeptidome Discovery Pipeline; TCR Correlatives (*TCR decoding and TCR signature mapping); Exploratory clinical trials in T cell therapy (Endogenous T Cell, ETC, Therapy and Bio-engineering). In addition to its intramural collaborations across multiple tumor site departments at MD Anderson, ProTCT engages extramural academic and industry partners to leverage one of the largest human TCR- tumor antigen academic repositories in the US and single cells multi-omics for evaluating the TCR-landscape in human homeostatic and disease states. Deliverables include TCRs for ADCs/ TCERs/ engagers; cancer and COVID19 epitopes for vaccine therapies, and TCRs (natural and afifnity-matured) for trnaslsational tresearch and clinical trials
