Led a team of architects, designers, and consultants through the design and delivery of commercial and multi-residential projects varying from $1M-$15M construction budgets. Strategically identified environmentally conscious opportunities within our projects and was instrumental in the implementation of the practice's Sustainability Action Plan.Created and presented client and council presentations. Worked with directors to compile and present tender submissions and RFPs. Led the submission of a design competition for an outback museum in rural Australia.

Strengthened the company's relationship with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) and Catholic Education Melbourne (CEM) through the design and onsite delivery of award-winning primary and secondary school projects across Victoria. Project lead for benchmark projects pioneering sustainable and community-minded school design including the Dandenong South Primary School Discovery Centre (Best New Individual Facility under $2M - Victorian Chapter Learning Environment Awards 2021, Best School Project Below $5M (Finalist) - Victorian School Design Awards 2021, Best New Individual Facility under $2M - Learning Environments Australasia Award 2022)

Designed and delivered $1M-$12M private and public sector education projects across Victoria. Took an active role in competition bidding, design, and delivery. Prepared and presented RFPs and tender submissions.Led the on-site delivery of a 5-stage, $6.3M VSBA Capital Works project in Strathmore, Victoria. Acted as the main point of contact during the contract administration stage for the client, builder, and consultant team.
