Impulse Dynamics stands as a globally recognized medical device company offering a breakthrough treatment for Chronic Heart Failure.In this capacity, I held the responsibility of not only achieving sales targets but also providing comprehensive operational and educational support for the launch of a cutting-edge Heart Failure Device within a start-up company. My role extended to establishing new accounts, and cultivating awareness by spearheading the development of the CCM program across medical offices and hospitals.A critical facet of my role was to educate healthcare practitioners about the novel technology, its indications, optimal implantation practices, and precise patient identification protocols. I proactively identified and nurtured physician, APP (Advanced Practice Provider), and office champions, instrumental in propelling the program's growth trajectory. My outreach encompassed a diverse spectrum of medical professionals, ranging from General Cardiologists and Heart Failure Specialists to Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and influential hospital decision-makers.In essence, my role bridged medical innovation with practical implementation, driving the integration of breakthrough therapy into the healthcare landscape.Accomplishments:• 2022 grew territory by 50%• 2023 H1 grew territory by 150%
