I am currently licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa I have experience in every area of real estate including new construction, investment properties, existing home sales, previously listed properties that did not sell, short sales, foreclosures or REO’s, move up or downsizing purchases and sales, vacation properties, acreages and commercial properties. I have also worked with 1031 exchanges, estate sales, and condo/townhome/villas.I have degrees in both interior design and landscape design and I am a certified home stager. I also have my certified real estate negotiator or CREN designation.
