Hi, Whenever I think to what i've done career wise everything has been to either help directly through customer service personal connection from starting at a young age at a summer day camp, I learned how you need to be patient and try to always be there to listen to what they have to say.To switching over to retail, I started to learn that clients most of the time need to guided or advised into a certain direction. To switching over to the flight industry you learn how you have to adapt and learn to fit with peoples schedule you want to give them the best experience that you would hope to have to "fly every mile in their shoes" I will always have a passion to help and allow people to have a better experience.
