Contract Administrator
Current-Responsible for overall administration of contract. Provides document control. Ensures contracts are properly administered including Project Labor Agreements, Certified Payroll, Labor Compliance.-Ensure documents are submitted in the correct format and in a timely manner.- Ensures subcontractors are properly licensed and permitted and can meet administrative requirements of the project.-Ensures proper billing rates.-Prepares proof of disposal and provides tonnage reports to clients on as needed basis.
