Asset Management Systems Officer GT-04 • First point of contact for users requiring access to AMS• Provide change management for all departments in the Maritime Region• Provide application troubleshooting for Maximo and MAINTelligence • Provide quality control and auditing by reviewing data in Maximo to identify errors and anomalies in the AMS data• Assist users with AMS data entry such as creation of job plans, work orders, preventive maintenance, and purchase orders• Support application and report testing• Provide AMS training to new users, and refresher training to existing users, in the areas of work order management, inventory management, and work planning based on the functionality available in Maximo

The Clerk 3, Procurement & Asset Management provides support in the acquisition and recording of ISM assets ensuring that all ISM assets are accurately ordered, received and accounted for to enable good stewardship of all ISM assets. • Processes all procurement requests. Confirming the availability with suppliers and vendors of equipment• Provide support to clients and managers using the help desk software Axios assyst• Supervised two other employees to verify the accuracy of goods received against the terms and conditions of contracts and if required, initiates the return/warranty procedures of incorrect good received or goods damaged in transit to ensure accuracy in client deliveries• Prepares written financial and administrative reports• Oversees and maintains the process for recording IT asset data including software licenses and physical hardware equipment to ensure automated procurement records are current and accurate
