• Consults with HR Client Managers and hiring managers to identify staffing needs.• Manage candidate activity within Applicant Tracking System.• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through marketing and relationship management.• Works closely with upper leadership across the enterprise • Manage full recruitment process while serving as liaison between upper leadership and candidate.

• Screen all applicants in Workday• Conduct phone interviews then schedule manager interviews• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure their needs are met• Order background checks and drug screens• Work with candidates throughout hiring process

• Answer calls in a timely and professional manner• Works closely with recruiting to ensure that the driver needs and wants are met • Builds relations with drivers to obtain needed information to process applications• Upsell and resell drivers on positions

• Answer all calls in a timely and professional manner• Notes and agendas for conferences• Assist patients with clerical needs• Scheduling patient appointments• Variety of clerical tasks
