I have recently graduated from McMaster University with a B.A. in Psychology. I have an interest in the Human Resource specializations of Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development. Additionally, I am proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and have used these to create reports, projects, and accounting or finance spreadsheets.In addition to my studies, I have 4 years of experience in the hospitality sector which has taught me to build relationships by providing open communication and active listening skills with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages. I also have experience using my communication skills to train staff, ensure that team goals are understood, and ensure that workplace safety guidelines are followed.
