I was part of a team that put on several events annually for the Europe Division of the company, with primary responsibility for the all-division conference for 250+ staff. Responsibilities included: - Site identification and collaboration with local event coordinators - Registration and pre-conference communication - Local site guides for participants - Planning of a special off-site event for participants - Acquiring of supplies and equipment - Coordinating with other team members to ensure speakers had everything they needed - Reviewing participant and speaker feedback

I participated in the launch of an arts-based coffeehouse and music venue that has become a significant meeting space in the neighborhood. Responsibilities included: - Providing and participating in multilingual business development and staff training (8+ staff) - Spearheading networking from ground zero - Mentoring and training young staff - Collaborating on an international business team. - Project managing and hosting for events for up to 150 people, up to 80 per year. This included concerts, exhibitions, community events, international conferences, and other programs. Responsibilities included sound tech, inventory management, staffing, theme and decorations, emceeing, and hostessing. - Creating systems and organizational protocols - Providing direction for aesthetics development of cafe, including large scale mural projects with local artist - Oversight of book-keeping and budget alongside business manager - Developing decade-long connections with customers - Driving initiatives to collaborate with small businesses in the Budapest metropolitan area
