At The Pinch, the clientele pulls me in many directions so the position requires me to be organized. I manage a list of daily responsibilities and solve the one-off problems that often arise. The position requires that I am able to engage with differing personalities. The guests and management would tell you that I am friendly, caring and patient.

Responsible for welcoming customers, assisting in the retail experience and maintaining the positive look and vibe of the King Street location. In addition, I manage team members and open/close the store. Working in a local retail establishment has exposed me to all aspects of how a business works. By far, the biggest is the power of social media to increase foot traffic and online sales.
