Analyzes compensation data, policies, and practices in relation to regulations and recommends changes as appropriate. Provides specialized insight using data and analytics to ensure fairness and competitiveness in wages. Collaborates with Compensation team members on a variety of projects, including the evolution of pay philosophies, emerging trends, program design, and reporting/analytics. Supports the development, communication and delivery of compensation programs including salary administration, quarterly and annual wage increases, and bonus plan administration. Supports the execution of Wages including modeling costs, calculation of increases, communications, data validation, and processing of pay increases. Supports the execution of the retention and performance bonus programs including modeling costs, calculations, communications and data validation.

Analyzes information for the preparation of payrollreporting,financial statements, ledgers, reports andtaxes based on all product residual commissions,signing bonuses, equipment commissions, signingbonus adjustments,and any other Product Payments. Manage accounts receivable items for all Sales Professionals.
