Having 4 years of clinical laboratory experience has helped me develop a strong understanding of the inner workings in a laboratory and the importance of delivering exceptional client/patient support. I understand the importance of building positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns, while keeping the patients in the forefront. With a strong focus on communication and problem-solving, I have also gained knowledge to help assist in multi-departmental laboratories from networking and maintaining functionality to being familiar with laboratory equipment has allowed me to effectively support laboratory staff in their day-to-day tasks. Whether it's troubleshooting technical issues, scheduling, or assisting with experiments, I am always ready to lend a helping hand and contribute to the success of the team.
