It is this determination and love for communication that initially drew me to marketing and public relations. As a California native turned Texas resident, it is with relentless determination that I have forged my own path in a new state and in an ever-changing industry. I am a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Journalism and Digital Media Advertising living in Dallas, Texas. I currently work as a Public Relations Manager for Golin. My duties include monitoring and managing owned social channels on behalf of clients as well as identifying emerging trends to create story opportunities that align with brand messaging and ongoing social, media and influencer campaigns.I also work to establish and maintain relationships with media, industry analysts and online influencers and guide client and brand messaging. I effectively engage with these contacts across multiple channels, including TikTok, Twitter and Instagram.
