- Coordinate material activities within DMLSS or eMaint System for Ft. Belvoir project. -Experience in DMLSS or Maximo to enter the necessary information based on the quotes.- Investigate and resolve issue affecting timely ordering of requirements.-Monitor and expedite materials and services captured on tracking log to ensure promised delivery dates are fulfilled and communicate delivery notification or lead-time changes to requestors.- Request quotes from vendors based on the information that the technician’s provide on the material request forms.- Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, lead time, ordering quantities, shipping terms, and delivery expectations to achieve ongoing cost containment and improvement- Prepare and issues purchase order according to requirements. - Track material requisitions and consumable orders through material tracking log.-Prepare and run preventative maintenance and work order reports for Deputy Project Manager on a weekly basic.
