Hello! My name is Cassidy, and I am a full-time Rutgers University student, currently in my third year. I enjoy making connections and growing every single day, which is the main reason why I joined this platform! As a communications student at Rutgers University, I am pursuing my passion for connecting with diverse audiences, informing and educating them, and inspiring positive social change through marketing and social media. I have acquired skills in advertising, such as creating and delivering persuasive messages, conducting market research, and designing campaigns. I also have aspirations to become an elementary school teacher.For over a year, I have also applied these skills as a Barista at Starbucks, providing excellent customer service, preparing quality beverages, and promoting the company's brand and values. I have also contributed to the success of several marketing initiatives, such as launching new products, increasing customer loyalty, and raising awareness of social and environmental issues.
