As Vice President of Recruitment, I am responsible for overseeing, planning, and successfully executing primary recruitment, Continuous Open Bidding, and the overall selection of New Members. Additionally, I am accountable for preparing the entirety of the chapter on recruitment policies through recruitment workshops and training to ensure they will act in a demeanor that will positively represent Pi Beta Phi. this has already taught me a multitude of leadership skills, bettered my communication skills, and has strengthened my problem-solving abilities.

As a waitress at a golf club, I not only attended to and served food to customers, but was also responsible for guaranteeing a positive experience for all members. This job has bettered my customer service skills, my attention to detail, my multitasking abilities, and my capacity to work with a team.

I interned for four months at a district office of assembly with a former state representative. I was responsible for responding to letters of requests and urgencies regarding bills and laws from the community. Not only this, but I attended to data bases checking regularly to aid in my responses. This bettered my writing skills, my technological skills, and gave me hands on experience.

I was accountable for making phone calls to the public and going door to door explaining how to vote by mail and spreading information regarding voting for upcoming elections. In addition to this I made spread sheets that showed data we recorded from social media and data bases that could potentially reflect on upcoming polls.
