I provide interior design services to include consultation, space planning, drawings & renderings, finish selections, FF&E selections, and custom furniture for businesses & individuals. Throughout design process I develop and maintain client relationships with in-person meetings, consistent communication, providing design deliverables such as drawings and samples, and project reports such as source guides, budgets and order reports. I coordinate with suppliers, installers and contractors to ensure quality and timely execution of goods and services.

As Senior Designer I manage single-family residential, multi-unit properties, and hospitality projects from concept to install in Denver, Basalt, Telluride and Snowmass Colorado to recently include the Guest Room renovations at The Viceroy Snowmass. For each design project, I develop story boards, budgets, spec sheets & finish schedules, and plans & elevations as needed for clients, contractors, and fabricators. I place, input, and track all orders for furnishings and fixtures throughout the project and oversee final installations as well.

I coached a team of 150+ swimmers ages five to eighteen, leading them to 31 consecutive wins, six consecutive division titles, and seven consecutive relay championships. As part of coaching I also mentored junior coaches, developed meet sheets, planned pep rallies, and designed team apparel.

For each new, custom, multi-million dollar home and renovations projects in Northern Virginia area by The Galileo Group, I served as the primary client liaison. I developed project's specifications, compiled project updates, managed selections, and provided design consultation for 12 projects.I ensured that client, Interior Designer, Architect, Landscape Architect, Civil Engineer and subcontractor/supplier relations were fostered and maintained. I packaged plans and documents for bidding, tracked and obtained proposals, and assisted in developing project budgets as well as produced PowerPoints, hand sketches, scaled drawings, and digital 3-D models to convey interior design concepts. As the Executive Assistant, I composed and standardized company and project documents, and trained employees on revised procedures. I managed calls, emails, calendar, and client meetings on behalf of President, and outlined and implemented an office organization plan by designing an expansion concept for build out.

As Assistant Project Manager, I supported senior project managers on six commercial new construction and renovation projects in the DC Metro area. I represented the company at potential project walk-throughs, developed preliminary project budgets and packaged bids. I visited job sites with subcontractors, vendors, and superintendents to review scope of work and thoroughly reviewed shop drawings and samples prior to fabrication and installation. I drafted and distributed contracts and purchase orders, and documented all changes to scope of work, and served as liaison between superintendents and architects in communicating field work.

I was in charge of training, scheduling, and managing a multi-generational team of 27 staff members in daily pool and restaurant operations, and was responsible for special event planning, set up and execution.
