    After proving my abilities and performing well in my Dior position, I got promoted. I now manage the Estee Lauder counter in my Dillard’s store. I use my already gained knowledge of the brand to assist clients with makeup and skincare preferences. Estee Lauder has a smartphone app to further my product knowledge, so I use this tool to help me increase my sales by educating my customers on the products we have to offer. I have also taken the initiative to promote our counter on Facebook and Instagram. I’ve created the social media accounts to promote the business and reach out to new potential clients. This has proven well for the counter due to the many views on both the Facebook and Instagram accounts. I am currently searching for more ways to outsource in the community so that I can create new customer relationships. At the counter, I always strive to keep a neat and tidy workstation as always. I believe in positive reinforcement, and making sure my team has all the tools necessary to make our goals and increase our sales. I also go above and beyond for our entire cosmetics department. I am wonderful at creating uniquely designed letters to send to clients. I’ve created my own for Estee Lauder as well as letters for Clinique, Women’s Fragrances, Dior, and Clarins. We use these letters for recruitment purposes as well as communication to current clients. I have also created signage for events that we have for our department. I excel at creating my own unique marketing tools. I am still doing well with my sales goals as I was with my previous position. I always keep up with where we are for our goals, and I make sure we know what we need to do to reach them. This position has given me the opportunity to promote my own business and go even further with a company I already know and love. This new position has proven well so far for me and my experience.
